One request for help.
A whole system behind it.

A connected safety experience spanning emergency assistance, shared locations and community information.

Starting point
A panic button is only the beginning. The product also needs to connect a person, a location and a response workflow—while keeping the interaction clear for someone who may be under pressure.
The product work
The work brings together the mobile experience, location-aware interactions and the operational thinking behind response coordination. The focus is on what the person needs to do next, not on exposing the complexity of the system.
The experience

Designed around different
moments of risk.

Help should feel close, clear and within reach.

Request assistance

Security and medical requests are presented as distinct, immediately understandable actions.

Keep people connected

Shared location and family views bring trusted contacts into the safety experience.

Stay informed

Community information provides a different kind of value: awareness before an incident.

Beneath the interface

From a location
to a response network.

The project’s existing engineering write-up describes coverage zones, nearby responder search and controller-led validation. This illustration explains the coordination problem without implying a live incident or guaranteed response time.

Request + context

An assistance request needs its emergency type and location context.

Supplied interface assets include historic/demo content. Current production captures and client approval are required before publication. No response-time or user-count claims are included.Client product overview
